My Story

Science has always been my comfort zone. With a dual major BS in Chemistry and Plant Biology, and a postgraduate degree in Biology under my belt, I thrived in the structured world of logic and experiments. But somewhere along the way, the pursuit of academic excellence started to feel… empty. The truth is, I was a perfectionist. Every task, every project, carried the weight of needing to be flawless. This relentless pressure created a constant undercurrent of stress and anxiety. It robbed me of the joy of discovery and replaced it with the fear of failure.

So, I embarked on a journey of personal development, not a grand overhaul, but a series of subtle shifts. The next challenge was my inner critic. "It's okay if it's not perfect," became my mantra. Mistakes morphed into learning opportunities, not failures to be mourned. These small changes began to paint a new picture. Stress loosened its grip, replaced by a quiet calm. The present moment became more vibrant, filled with the joy of simple things. Life, I discovered, wasn't about academic perfection alone, but a vibrant tapestry woven with purpose, peace, and the freedom to be imperfectly me.This journey is far from over. It's about nurturing a newfound spirituality, appreciating life beyond the microscope, and finding contentment in the simple things. It's about thriving in the pursuit of academic goals while embracing the messy beauty of a life fully lived.
